COLONIAL PARK DEVELOPMENT PLAN
 PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE

Great news!

The City of Lloydminster with the assistance of Select Engineering Consultants Ltd., are working on a "Development Plan" for the remainder of the undeveloped lands in the Saskatchewan neighbourhood of Colonial Park.

What is a Development Plan?

A Development Plan is a set of documents addressing development of land in a particular area.  A Development Plan includes three distinct yet complimentary sections, they are as follows:

1.AREA STRUCTURE PLAN - vision and concept

2.ENGINEERING DESIGN REPORT - due diligence and feasibility

3.OUTLINE PLANS - blueprints for development

Public Open House

As part of the Colonial Park Development Plan, a public open house was held at Winston Churchill School Gymnasium on March 11, 2010 from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm.  A letter was mailed to all households in Colonial Park and adjacent neighbours within a 100 meter buffer.

A map of the mailing buffer can be found by clicking this link:
